Valerie has 15+ years of experience making bread, and currently uses a sourdough starter dating back to 1847 (http://carlsfriends.net/). Family and friends can attest to the fact that this sourdough is crusty on the outside and light and airy on the inside. It has a satisfying sourdough flavor that is distinctive to this particular starter. Two loaves delivered warm out of the oven to your doorstep (Delaware County only).
